Georgia man found guilty of recklessness for 2012 jet ski accident
On Thursday, February 20 a Hall County jury found Jeffrey Hubbard guilty of serious injury by vessel, reckless operation of a vessel, unlawful operation of a personal watercraft, and a boat traffic violation.
The charges are related to an summer 2012 accident that resulted in the injury of one child and the death of 11-year-old Kile Glover. Glover was the stepson of singer-songwriter Usher.
Hubbard accidentally hit the two children with a jet ski as they were being pulled on an inner tube on Lake Lanier.
