Wishing You a Safe Halloween Night

Between trick-or-treaters running around residential neighborhoods and pedestrians going to and from parties, restaurants, bars, and the like, Halloween can be stressful time for any driver to get around. With that in mind, those who plan on having a drink tonight should plan ahead to take a cab or enlist a designated driver who can drive them safely through the night. There are likely to more than a few impaired drivers on the road tonight, so we encourage you to take few precautions as you get around tonight.

If you plan on walking to and from your night’s activities, it is critical that you only use designated crosswalks when you cross streets. By doing so, you can ensure that you have the best visibility you possibly can. It will be essential for pedestrians and drivers to be aware of some of the warning signs of impaired drivers—for instance, driving without their headlights on, swerving or drifting, and speeding.

Whatever your plans are for tonight, our Racine legal team hopes your Halloween night is safe. Should you or a loved one become involved in an accident, however, our attorneys have the resources and experience to work on your behalf against those responsible.
